val drew [they/them] is a writer and graphic designer based in eastern massachusetts. they are 20 years old. val is queer, autistic, & has avoidant personality disorder, as well as bipolar II and adhd.their poetry has been published with fifth wheel press, delicate friend, & exist otherwise, with pieces forthcoming in moss puppy magazine, graphic violence lit, & stone of madness press, among others.val does graphic design work for mag 20/20 & the lunar journal, and is on general staff for cream scene carnival & cicada creative magazine. they are also affiliated with the adventurer's writing guild.val's work concerns popular culture, queerness, and their lived experience. they have a deep affinity for western animation, and a soulbond with helga pataki from hey arnold!
